Catlea

Warning Shot Studio was co-founded by indie pop artist Catlea. Recently moved to London, the Cincinnati born singer-songwriter sees music as the ethereal substance between body, mind and spirit, between isolation and connection.

Inspired by music’s endless possibilities and infinite ways to express one’s self beyond words alone, Catlea’s songs are filled with layers of meaning, gorgeous vocals, and catchy ear worms.

Max Shirley

Max is a gifted musician with a degree in jazz performance from the prestigious College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, Ohio where he learned music production, songwriting, arranging, transcribing, composing.

Max is the lead guitarist for indie pop star Catlea, the two having performed 75 shows together, and was also the lead guitarist with the hard rock band Antematter, and played with the CCM Jazz Orchestra, Brazilian combo, SEE1, Matter Trio, and in several musicals. Max has mastered numerous musical styles including Brazilian, gypsy jazz, classical, folk, bluegrass, rock, blues, pop, and fusion.
